Refund Policy

At Goat Trade Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be transparent and in full alignment with Australian Consumer Law.

We understand that sometimes a tool isn’t exactly what you expected.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a change of mind.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for “change of mind” returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us immediately at sales@goattradetools.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once the fault is verified, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label, and you will be offered a full refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless faulty).

  • Gift cards or downloadable software (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
